This is a single 1/4” shank, solid carbide up-cut spiral bit with a 1/8” cutting edge diameter. Up-Cut spiral bits are used for groove and slots, plunge mortises, cycles and dados with a clean edge and bottom, providing an accurate cut with minimal chatter and chip ejection to the upside. This bit is suitable for use with any 1/4” Collet router or cnc machine.
